Unexpectedly non-boujie. Everything tasted like I was back home and had pancakes fresh out of grandmas cast iron skillet. Never too sweet, just made right with excellent flavor and crispiness in all the right places.
They allow respectful and friendly dogs, so a rare place around town for the ENTIRE family to enjoy. Will absolutely be going back because of this.
They have indoor, hybrid, and outdoor seating with heaters.

Raffs Tavern is the best local bar around. All the servers are amazing and attentive. Mackenzie and Kenny run an awesome bar perfect for a local golf course in Windsor. Friendly and fun is an understatement. Good food, great drinks, amazing atmosphere. A local gem.

Following our weekly nine-hole outing at Highland Meadows golf course, 10 of us stopped in to Raffs Tavern (on the course premises) for dinner. We got outstanding service from three servers and and more great service from our bartender, not to mention the consistency of the drinks. The food, which everybody seemed to like very much, was only so-so in my opinion but well worth the visit.

Recommend this place for a bite to eat whether you golf or not. Attentive service for the casual atmosphere and menu. Great salads, burgers, and sandwiches. Beer list us a bit limited but has wine and full service bar.

I ordered a Kobe beef burger with cheese, grilled onions and bacon. About $20 for a burger. I got a fairly dry, overcooked burger that looks like it was frozen before, *no bacon*, decent cheese, and a little bit of grilled red onions. Bottom bun was completely soggy. Just not a good burger. The lettuce, tomato, and pickles looked good.
