So much to love about Windsor’s Mi Tierra!! From great location in King Sooper’s shopping center to the friendly staff to the very good and authentic food, this should be a planned visit for dine in, take out, or ordered through a delivery service. It’s a cozy place with about 7 booths and very clean inside. My daughter got the Cowboy Burrito, which was enough for 2 meals! It is stuffed full of seasoned steak, potatoes, avocado slices and onions. It was covered in pico. This was very flavorful and just fantastic, but the potatoes inside a burrito are different. I ordered the shredded beef chimichanga. I am used to chimis stuffed with rice, beans, onions, and meat. This one was very simple in nothing more than the beef wrapped in the tortilla then fried, but risky as the beef had to be flavorful enough to stand on its own. This was spectacular choice as the meat was amazing! I ordered the “plate,” so it came with rice and beans. Both had the option of being smothered in mild, hot, or half and half verde. We both went with the mix and it was excellent! Depth of heat, but not too overpowering. They made everything to order, which was awesome too see. It’s much better to wait a 5-10 minutes over having them microwave pre-made items.

First time eating at Mi Tierra. Wonderful service and good food. It's was my dad's 90th birthday and we really enjoyed our meal. They gave him free soppapillas and a mini oreo cake for his birthday. We will be back for sure! Thank you for being so kind and generous on his 90th birthday!

Stopped in for the first time to have a breakfast burrito, it has real potential. The only thing I would change is the potatoes: The hash browns they use don't get crispy so they end up being a potato mush with cheese. The rest of it was pretty tasty and pretty average priced for the size. Better than other places in town, would probably come back.

This is by far one of my absolute FAVORITE restaurants EVER. Their breakfast burritos with the chilé verde is mind-blowing good!!! The owners and staff are always so kind and smiling. Give them your business, you won't regret it! 💯❤️

Ordered via Uber Eats. Super disappointing overall. Bland, soggy everything. The beans were pale, the rice was flavorless, the salsa is basically watery tomato sauce. Yuck. The chips smelled and tasted like the cleaning product they must use for the kitchen... A strong pinesol-like fragrance. The brown lettuce was the only bit of color sadly. :(
