8/21 UPDATE I wanted to provide an update on my experience, it has been 3 weeks since the original issue and while Managment reached out, they have done little to nothing. I have gone back and forth with them via email for the last three weeks, I even sent them a copy of my order confirmation so that they had all of the information about my order they need. The owner of this particular store is saying that he can not find my order in their system, but that their system shows that they already refunded me 3 weeks ago. I have not received any type of refund from them. Also if their system can not find my order, how does his system tell him that they refunded me? This is just pure incompetence and lack of customer service from the owner, he also has not reached out to me about this issue, he has one of his employees contact me. I understand that mistakes happen, I also understand that sometimes the front line employees will be rude, but as an owner of a business in our local community, he should work harder to take care of his customers. I will never be going back to this location, and since Jimmy John’s as a company seem to accept this level of poor customer survive from their stores, I will probably not be supporting them anymore. Terrible customer service, if I could leave no stars I would. Placed an order using the online order system, I used the system to remove the items from my sandwich that I did not want on it. When the sandwich arrived it had those items on it. I called to let them know and I was told their system did not tell them to take it off. The lady that answered the phone was quite rude and essentially told me that I could scrape off the items I didn’t want on the sandwich. She told me it was my fault for ordering it incorrectly when in fact it was their systems fault. I paid almost $30 to have my lunch delivered as I couldn’t pull away from work which I didn’t mind paying but I expected it to be correct. They made no attempt to make it right, did not offer to remake it or to credit back part of the order. Will not be ordering from here again which is a shame.
There is an outstanding employee at this location (who’s name I forgot to ask) that is so pleasant with customers and clearly helpful to coworkers (multiple occasions). I hope the Person in Charge on this evening’s shift gets promoted to manager soon. Best fast food service I’ve ever had; best employee attitude I’ve ever encountered.
I visited for the first time today. I really wanted something a little healthier than Taco Bell next door so I went to Jimmy John's. The people were really nice and greeted me right away, that was great! I'm giving 3 stars because I feel like I paid too much for what I got. It was $9.35 for one sandwich with no sides or drink. I did have bacon put on my sandwich which may have raised the price?? But that's quite a lot for an 8 inch sandwich. Also, the mayonnaise tasted like horse radish.
This location has never let me down. The quality of their subs blow subway out of the water... Granted no fast food sub will be the quality that a real deli will provide, but there really aren't any delis in Windsor so this is the best option. And they are actually pretty great!
Not once have they got my order right. Today I ordered a beach club, no mayo, I have an egg allergy. Wouldn’t you know again they did extra mayo and no avocado with makes this sandwich worth it. Why can’t you get it right? I’m paying $12 to throw it in the trash every time! Where are the avocados?!? If you’re out say so and if someone has an allergy listen. I could sue you but I’m hoping someone can get it together. The store was empty how about instead of rushing wrong orders. You could focus on doing it correctly. I have wasted soooo much food and money.
