So thankful to have a breakfast place in town like Doug's. There is usually a wait, but if you are willing it's worth the wait. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very attentive.
We have only eaten breakfast there, and never have we walked away hungry. I like to think that the servings are big enough for the hungry farmer that has spent all morning long plowing and seeding fields.
Oh...and you are likely to see your neighbor there as well.

Needed a table for 6 at 9am on a Saturday, it was not surprising that the parking lot was packed and that we had to wait. Seems like they still need to do some work on text notifications that a table is ready.
We got seated quicker than I expected. (Was expecting 30-45 minutes minimum)
Everything we ordered came out fantastic and everyone at the table was happy

Our waitress was fabulous, friendly and the food was great. This is a nice restaurant to come in and enjoy your company while your meal is being preped. Good home cooking. Not fast food. We have now been here twice and will be going back! Take home a cinnamon roll for later, it too was great!

To start the coffee is very flavorful and strong I absolutely love it! Get my plate with a very generous amount of food and thick crispy bacon. Loved the Hillbilly platter and will definitely go back for more breakfast

I got here a little before the rest of my party and put my name on the list, as the parking lot was packed and I assumed that it was going to be a long wait. I was seated within 5 minutes, even though the rest of the party was still about 5 minutes out. Service was great, and the food is always excellent. Definitely recommend the Papas!
