I’ve literally never left a review before. But this warranted a 1star. I placed an online order and forgot to select the included sauce for the 3meat plate I ordered. Tonya the manager refused to give me the included sauce and told me she would have to charge me for the sauce because I forgot to select it online, even though it’s included. She was cold and had zero understanding. What kind of policy is that? I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone go here after this experience. What a joke!

This is our favorite Dickey's restaurant in Northern Colorado. Every time we go in Robert, one of the employees, is so friendly. He is able to handle so many things at once while still maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. We will continue to come back.

Pulled pork sandwich was good but the chicken wings were awful. They were freakishly large, half chicken fat and covered in so much lemon pepper, we couldn't eat them. $19.99 for 10 wings. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Picked up our mothers Day meal and everything was amazing! I didn't know there was a Dickey's BBQ in Windsor! We will definitely come again!
