Stopped here at random and had dinner at the bar. Staff was very professional and friendly and so was bartender especially.
Ordered the lasagna and it was good and a large portion. Bartender Tim was attentive and on top of things.
Decor is good too, large bar and sit down dining as well. If you are in the mood for Italian stop here!

Stopped by this place for the first time last week while visiting a client of mine (Betta Gumbo). The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I have been dying to go back since. The drink special was refreshing, the food was phenomenal, and the staff (Chad & Andrea) were nothing but superb.

Honestly, if it weren’t for the phenomenal service by Abby for finding us a table without reservations on a Saturday night and then Lauren who was our server, I would probably not give five stars. The beer was really good, Lauren made great suggestions. We ordered the bruschetta appetizer and it was just weird. Tasty but not the kind of bruschetta I’ve gotten before. Same with the eggplant parmigiana, it was just okay. My husband got the seafood dish with scallops. He said the vodka sauce was the best he has had in a long time. At the end of the evening, we were really happy with our choice and I would recommend this place. Maybe the cook was just having an off night or maybe I was. Sometimes nothing but beer tastes good to me!

Stopped in this evening to try this place out since we've been downstairs a few times.
Was able to get a table within a few minutes or arriving which was great for a Friday night.
The Host, waitress, waiter, and bus boy were all very attentive. Finished plates were not on the table more than a few minutes; they had good recommendations; and we're friendly and courteous. Can definitely tell the owner and staff care about providing great service.
For dinner we started with a glass of wine and Limoncello.
We then had the Arancini, the outside was nice and crispy while the insides were a flavorful combination of sausage, risotto, and mozzarella. The accompanying sauce also had a bit of spice which was nice.
I ordered the lasagna and my wife had the Spaghetti Carbonara.
The entrees comes with soup or salad, I opted for a Cesar salad which included an anchovie.
The lasagna was a nice balance of noodles and cheese. It came with a couple of meatballs which were a good blend of beef and pork as well as a piece of sausage which has a great spicy trailing flavor. Overall a well balanced combination that is very filling.
The spaghetti carbonara was a good mix of flavors. This version was topped with an egg yolk which made it decedent.
For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake. It was very close to a dense chocolate mouse but was very good, especially with the chantilly cream and berries.
Overall a very enjoyable dinner and dining experience.

The food and service are always amazing. The most delicious gluten-free Olive Bread. We love to dine, with friends & family, at Cacciatore at Heller's Kitchen Windsor. We were very impressed when a server, not assigned to our table. , greeted us when we were seated because our server was busy at another table. We appreciated the attention, and service, well we were waiting for our assigned server.
