I've been to this A&W location a couple times, unfortunately. This restaurant needs new management or something. The food doesn't compare to other A&W's.
Dining room still closed. I was not expecting that still. I assumed later that was because they wanted me to find out my food was disgusting when I was well away from the restaurant. So my friend and I ordered root beer and KFC. First my rootbeer was only half filled. Then my fries were just gross. Cold and nasty, yet looked dark brown and burnt. Were they reheating old ones? Then i thought at least I had gotten tenders, which I normally love from KFC but these were not even edible, how could they even taste this bad from kfc?. So my entire meal wasn't fit to eat. This cost me $12 and I was still completely hungry and had no dinner. This taught me my lesson about throwing money away here.
Had a horrible meal 2 times in 1 day. First arrived for lunch ordered 3 meals, get home and 2 are wrong. Called and talked to Riley, she said if we come back tonight would give refund .showed up ordered 8 piece chicken meal with coleslaw and Mac . Mac and cheese was so old the noodles where hard. And chicken sat in oil so long it had turned black.
Liked the spicey chicken sandwich.
Avoid this specific A&W!!! Im usually a HUGE fan of A&W but this location gives them a horrible rep, I wouldn't want my name on this store. Not sure if it's always this bad or maybe it's because it's coupled with a kfc??? Let's start off with the drive-thru having one car in it and the lobby looked possibly closed due to local "guidelines". So at first glance you would imagine fresh hot food in a timely manner... So we get to the window. First thing is they're out of Root Beer somehow at 11:30 in the morning. Second thing is a 15min wait all to finally receive our disappointing means. This leads me to our third strike... cold burgers and soggy room temp fries that taste like they're from yesterday. Thank you for an unsatisfying visit 👍🏼
