I ordered through their app. When I got to the restaurant there was only one other customer but I still waited for 10 minutes (past my pick up time) and had to ask an employee behind the counter if my order was received. He said yes, then packed it and gave it to me. I would have let this slide… however when I got home I realized that they only gave me 3 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered and pre-payed for. I filed a complaint on the app, the manager called me the next day at work, I returned her call (left a message) and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been a week. Really poor customer service.

Employee was freshly groomed, looking sharp, and great manners greeted perfectly took my order got it right in, but on the other hand, I don’t know what’s going on with Arby’s but the pandemic is over and they should have open their lobby at all times when they are in business hours and also many times before I’ve come to an Arby’s any Arby’s and they fail to give you napkins. That is why we took off two stars lobby and napkins. Food was fresh and hot and plenty of cheese so much and I really needed a napkin. The wait time in the drive-through was not that bad, I was the second one in line. Yes I know Arby’s gets busy sometimes but even when I got to the window it was only a five minute or less. Wait to get my food so kudos to you Arby’s. I will definitely be coming back to this Arby’s.

Josh, the manager who was working when I visited, was so kind and professional. I had an experience with subpar food that I got for someone else, and I called the # on the receipt to report it, I was upset at feeling like I wasted money. My name was taken and I was offered a replacement if I gave them a second chance. I did, and was grateful I took the chance. Josh was considerate, generous and professional. And it happened at the window, where things can easily back up...Thank you, Josh. You are a star!

Really disappointing. My mozzarella sticks were... chewy? Roast beef sandwiches were soggy and squished. One of the buns was just covered in flour. The only thing I enjoyed was the drink. Won't be back...

Food ranged from lukewarm to cold. We didn't get the correct fries and the ones we did get were extraordinarily oily and tasted okay at best. The roast beef tasted like it had come out of dirty sink water. Definitely will not be returning, despite it being one of the closest food options for our current situation.
