It makes me sad to only give them one star. This location needs some real attention to detail when it comes to customer service. In reading the reviews it does not surprise me why I had the experience I had and the other people that supported this business last night. My crinkle fries tasted (and looked) like they had been put through the deep fryer 2x. While my husband and I sat and ate our food we watched other people receive poor service at best. There was no focus on the customer, only on the workers conversation between themselves.
Still waiting. Unless you've got 45 minutes to kill and nothing better to do, I'd skip this place. I'm not sure why this place is even open. Still waiting. It is maddeningly slow. Just pull around and wait is what they told me, it's going on 30 minutes and no food. Seriously.
The crinkle cut fries are horrible. Tasted like they bought them from Walmart and added no seasoning. The food looked and tasted like it was sitting there for hours. My stomach started turning by the third bite of my beef and cheddar. All of our meals were of the same quality at least.
This location is the absolute WORST. Horrible customer service. The employee taking our order was impatient. Too much ice in the medium strawberry lemonade which was given to us as a small. Our hot sandwiches were barely room temperature. Corned beef Reuben had maybe enough meat for half a sandwich if that. They forgot our fries so I went in to get them just to discover they too were cold. The manager (of what I believe to be the manager on duty) was marking of their “to do’s” the entire time we were in drive through and still when I went in for my fries, it was quite clear not much had even been done from the looks of the place. I chose Arbys over Taco Bell next door but I’m completely regretting it. I will NEVER return to this location again.
Avoid this one and just go up to the one off 392 and i25 or down off HWY 34. Much better customer service. This one won't make you an Arnold Palmer with their premium lemonade, even if you pay for a premium lemonade. They say they cant, its against policy. But the one on 392 has ZERO problem doing so.
